Does LA Hair Addicts hair shed ? All hair sheds, our hair has minimal to no shedding, shedding is common, hair extensions must be treated and cared for like your own natural hair. all human hair is capable of tangling if not treated and preserved right
How many bundles would you recommend for a sew in ? it is recommended that you use 3 to 4 bundles, (each bundles weighs 3.5 ounces) for a full weave please consult your stylist.
What color are the bundles ? Bundles come in a natural color, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE AFTER COLORING
How long does the hair extensions last ? Our hair could last from 8 to 12 months if cared for properly, please read our hair care instructions provided, not properly caring for hair could cause damage to the hair
Can I shampoo the hair ? Yes you can but understand it should be alcohol free, alcohol will dry out the hair.
How do I maintain the hair ? The hair should be washed and cared for with organic products, over washing the hair could lead to tangling, dry hair and shedding
How long is processing, shipping, and handling?
Processing takes 2-3 Business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.) Express Shipping Orders are 2 to 3 Business Days.
Domestic Express Shipping is 2-3 Business days depending on your location.
Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 5-7 Business days depending on your location.
International Shipping is 7-10 Business days depending on your location.
All Packages Delivery is with the USPS. Business days are Monday-Friday
When will my tracking number start to update?
After receiving a tracking email, Shipping Activity will become available after 24hrs.
